My wife and I broke down coming home from Florida, by luck Taylor Made was who showed up to get us.
Very professional and helpful and went above and beyond to help us out when we were 5 hours from home.

This is the best towing company in South Carolina. Our driver, Estone, not sure of the spelling of our guy, was the best. He not only took our truck to a great shop (Prothro GMC Chevy in Manning, SC) but he made sure we had a hotel room 4 the nite.
If anyone breaks down on I95 near mile marker 124 near Sumter or Manning call these guys. They don't overcharge and they will help in a crises like we had!

Returning from surgery and had a flat tire. They were courteous, prompt and expedited the tire change. My wife and I can't say enough good things about the company and the service technician.

Literally the worst service I have ever dealt with. It took them over 2 and a half hours to get to us, the man was very unprofessional and raised his voice at my brother, he also did not bring the right tools to put on a spare tire. Spare yourself and do not use this towing company.

Used them for towing only. I'm not sure of his name, but he was awesome. Very down to earth. A good guy. He drove us 40 miles to the Volkswagen dealership, so we were with him for a little while. Would use them again!

My sister and I on our way south to Florida had to stop and get off the road after the Summerton, NC exit when white smoke engulf the vehicle. We called our road service insurance and they called them. We also call the police and the state trooper came and told us they are the best in the area. Well, supposedly they assumed it was the transmission and when they towed the vehicle to their shop, their technician said otherwise and fixed the problem and we were on our way. BOTTOM LINE: They were honest and took care of the problem and the cost was less then $100 and the only reason was because the insurance would not pay for more then 50 miles and the towing location was much farther then that and had to charge me the part the insurance would not paid. Now we can travel with ease heading south and know that should anything happen again, we can call them directly. Great group and honest people and so was the state trooper/police.

My family and I were traveling from Florida to Maryland only to find our minivan broken down on the side of the highway at 5:30 p.m. on a Friday. We called AAA and were connected to Taylor Made Towing & Recovery. We were stranded with humid temperatures and aggressive bugs until Eugene arrived with the tow truck. To our surprise, he informed us that the cab of the tow truck was spacious enough to transport our large family. Eugene immediately ushered our sweaty selves into the air conditioned cab while he took 10 minutes to load our vehicle.

We were not expecting that a mechanic would be available to look at our vehicle on a Friday evening but were pleased to learn that John would investigate as soon as he returned from another project. John informed us of the problem but identified the broken part as not available through NAPA nor any local Honda dealerships. This part was labeled a “junk yard” part. Not to be discouraged, John and the Taylor Made team began calling parts shops and junk yards Friday night. We were unexpectedly stranded in Manning SC for the night. Transporting our big family to the local hotel was potentially another obstacle. However, the Taylor Made team loaned us a vehicle to use for the night.

While we were having breakfast at the hotel the next morning, we noticed Eugene at the front desk. Unbeknownst to us, he was asking the clerk for a late check-out for our family. As I approached him, he informed me that they have located a part 1-hour away and should have us on our way by noon. This made us extremely happy. We were shocked that they were willing to drive two hours round trip and that a mechanic was available on a Saturday.

Our family was extremely happy to have encountered the team at Taylor Made Towing during our unexpected delay in Manning SC. They made our potentially scary event a joy. We would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They are good at what they do and excellent at customer service.

These guys are absolute gentlemen. They took great care of us, fixed our truck and got us back on the road in record time. The work was first rate and the bill was very reasonable.
