Con-artist Attorney!

For someone who specializes in bankruptcy cases, this attorney does not show any kindness or consideration to persons of the lowest income bracket(s). Also, if client does not take care to read all info on all materials both in print and on the web pertinent to his/her legal case, this attorney can keep extra fees in his pocket that otherwise should be waived. Furthermore, a client of this attorney will find him/herself acting almost like a paralegal aid being required to supply proof of facts the attorney himself should already know for fact. For what seemed like no more than 5 hours of time devoted to me and my case, and a few phone converstions that lasted no more than 1 minute, $ 1,499.00 / 5 = $300.00 per hour for this attorney's pocket. Wow! And I'm now faced with again disputing the waiving of some fees that I previously established via phone calls should've been waived due to the very information provided me on the credit counseling site last September - October 2007. This attorney refers his client(s) to a credit counseling site for persons undergoing bankruptcy, but, does not himself understand how the counseling site's payment schedule works for persons on certain types of low income such as persons who are on disability insurance income, for example. So if such a client does not inform his/herself about payment waivers, this attorney will keep the credit counseling fees for himself as extra profit. Plus, misleading from the very beginning seems to be a tactic this attorney has learned to use well and furtively. So in conclusion, if you seek the services of this attorney, please, be sure to know as much about your prospective case as he, so that you can stay 2 - 3 steps ahead of him. Better yet, file your case on your own. Considering the amount of work I put into my case while being "represented" by this attorney, I believe I would have done just as well filing on my own and saved myself a lot of hastles!
