We had paid off one vehicle through them and got another on payments! They constantly messed up our payments applying them to someone else's accounts among other things. Then they would repo our car it happened 3-4 times! this last time We owed less than $1100.00 total on the car in which we was less than one payment behind due to a pregnancy , talk to the Owner/Manager, talked the lady who does the payments on Monday 29 2016 was told to pay a little extra and it would be ok. Sunday 6 2016 they repo'd Our vehicle after sending the wrong paper work to their accountant! Monday 7 2016 They told Us today they sent wrong paper work , but what is done is done and that's business. We are now in the position they are telling Us we have to pay off the car and pay an extra $500.00 for the Repo fee!! They wont RIP Us off again!
