My son & I had an appointment last Friday, I got there early as instructed to find out they had "rescheduled" both our appts....to Nov 20th, only it wasnt rescheduled with me! Took off work, son got off early from school you know the drill. Then the unfriendly "lady" at the front desk says in a sarcastic tone, "sorry about that" we can get you in on October 14th...i said are you serious? ? Thats almost 4 weeks away! She says "its closer than November 20th! " really? I said never mind I'll find somewhere that appreciates my business, thank you for wasting my time and left! BEWARE!! NO PROFESSIONALISM AT THIS OFFICE!! apparently Dr. Wong Left early knowing he still had appts! I wouldn't send my dog to this office! Good luck!

This business is definitely a no: no customer service, no friendliness from the front office staff, no answering machine, no explanations of office/paperwork procedures, no communication. The back staff and Doctors were good. I wonder if they know what is going on in their front office area. They do take my insurance, but if I could go elsewhere, I would.
