Owner was very rude!!! My 3 year old daughter accidentally dropped her spoon on the floor twice and the second time he refused to give her a new spoon. It looks to me like you reuse your spoons anyway, seeing as you have a container full of dirty ones next to the trash can. You scared my little girl (she just turned 3 yesterday) and made her and the rest of us very uncomfortable. We won't ever be visiting your shop again and I'll make sure to let everyone I know about our very unpleasant experience! Hopefully your business will pick up soon so that you can afford to buy more plastic spoons.
