I want to take a minute to share my experience with Lance and the rest of the crew at Proven Force with others that may be considering using them. Lance is simply a class-act, and deserves to be recognized for a job more than well done.



I couldn’t be more impressed with this business, their work, and customer service. I needed to have the rear-end of my F150 rebuilt, did my research, and found that this was “the” place to go. I even drove from the East Metro to visit them (and would do so in the future, without hesitation, if ever needed work done again)



I showed up at their shop without even calling beforehand to discuss the noise coming from the rear differential of my truck. Within minutes, Lance had a technician riding with me to diagnose and confirm what I thought was going on in the differential. Chris was the technician riding along with me; he was knowledgeable, kind, and professional.



I left my truck with them overnight, and it was ready first thing the next morning. To be fair, had I shown up at the opening of business that day instead of around lunch I wouldn’t have been surprised if they had it done before the end of the day. (That being said, it’s a big job to do) I was impressed with their workmanship and turnaround without even having an appointment beforehand. I wasn’t expecting it to be done that fast!



I’m very mechanically inclined and do most all work to my vehicles, but chose to have a shop do this work for me for several reasons. I was extremely impressed with their pricing and business integrity; they were more than competitive, stand by their workmanship and parts, and came in under what I would have expected to have been charged for all the work needing to be done.



My wife is very anxious when dealing with mechanics and not knowing if she is being taken advantage of if going alone; Proven Force is a business I would feel extremely comfortable having her go by herself and be treated the exact same way I was. I just can’t say enough kind things about this place.
