I was quoted $30.00 by Jerry, the owner, to dry clean a medium size area rug that I had brought in to get a quote. But when the rug was ready for pick up I was told that the charge was $40.00. What a rip off!!!! Unacceptable!!! Very bad business practices and customer service. Do not trust this dry cleaner!

We have used Sherry's in the past for our drapery but now that they have a plant in Maple Hts we have been using them for all our laundry and dry cleaning. My shirts are brighter and the neck area has never been cleaner than Sherry's get them. There are 5 cleaners within 5 miles of my house, I drive 8 miles To Sherry's.
