November 21st 2009, this company caused a power outage on the block where I live, for nine hours.

The power outage created a surge that was so strong it blew-out my DVD & VCR players. Not to mention my Thanksgiving was rewend. Food will be fine refrigidated, only for five hours in this incodent. I have contacted this company multiple times with no responce. So for future customers I thought it might be nice to hear about how well this company is run. Where thay cannot return a single phone call. Excel energy did an extensive research finding that this company is responcible for this inconveinance.
