They had one chance to get our business and failed. It would have been the first time we bowled there. My wife called up to see if they would have any open lanes at about 5:30 so we could take my 4 year old bowling for the first time.They said sure come on in. My wife specifically asked if we needed to reserve a lane and they said "no there will be lanes open". We drove the 30 minutes through rush hour traffic to get there. We went in and the guy at the counter said "we don't have any lanes open". (Most were empty, I think because of league night) No how are you, just "we don't have any lanes open". We told him that we called ahead and were told that there would be lanes open. He went and got the woman who my wife spoke to on the phone. She said "Sorry, I guess we got busier than I thought". Basically they wasted an hour of our time. (1/2 hour there and 1/2 hour back home) We will not go back.
