Jerry Newman Roofing took care of replacing an old cedar shake roof covered in moss. They started on schedule, finished on schedule, cleaned up after the job was done and we are very pleased with our new cedar shake roof minus the moss!!!

Jerry Newman Roofing was easy to work with and did a great job repairing some shingles surrounding vent pipes on my roof.

We chose Newman Roofing after considering a couple of other quotes on our repair job. Due to the winter weather they came out as soon as the weather permitted, and the workers were professional and cleaned up after they left. Bravo!

I would highly recommend Jerry Newman Roofing & Remodeling to anyone. On my project, the man who estimated the job, Vince, was ACTUALLY the man who did the job, with the help of his son. Their work was exemplary & my house looks great! If I had a question, I got a honest answer - no back and forth with an employee or some hired sub-contractor (which other siding companies reluctantly admitted to using). I got many estimates for the work, and while theirs was not the lowest, I felt that Jerry Newman offered the best VALUE. I am pleased to say that my choice was the right one.

Jerry Newman quoted our roof in a timely manor, answered all of my questions (over a 3 week period) as I compared the quote with three other quotes. Very informative on the process and materials. Price was competitive and the quote was very detailed. Roofing crew worked as team (very orchestrated) and cleaned any remaining debris of old roofing material around my property. Newman Construction was honest with me in mentioning that I could get another 2 to 3 years out f my current roof but I did not want to wait for it to be in a disheveled condition. I would highly recommend Jerry Newman Construction.FYI - The quote from the big box store was way out there!

I would recommend Jerry Newman Roofing to everyone. Very prompt in getting us an estimate on a new roof. Did an oustanding job finishing in 1 day even though our roof required unforseen extra work as our original builders put our roof on incorrectly. Jerry not only explained what was wrong but also had taken pictures of the problem. Did a thorough job of cleaning up also.

We needed a roofing inspection for a VA refi. Newman Roofing was the lowest cost for the inspection. They were very prompt, polite, and professional. The inspector took time to explain what he checked for and showed me photos of what was in question. He explained why he could not certify the roof and offered to provide a no-cost quote. We received the quote the next day along with a product brochure and a letter of inspection results.I would certainly consider them for the new roof as they recommended. I needed a leak in the roof fixed. Jerry came out and gave me a reasonable quote. Within a short time the leaky roof was fixed, along with some additional shingles he noticed and for which he did not charge. His staff is as friendly and helpful as he is.

Called Jerry for an estimate for a new roof. He arrived the same day. Gave me a fair estimate. His crew stated about two weeks later. They finished my complete roof the same day. Two Storm chaser companies wanted to do work and claimed they could have my insurance cover everything. After weeks of the run around with the othee companies I called Newman Roofing. They sent out a rep and then Mr. Newman personally climbed up on my roof and explained the only damage was to a boot on a vent pipe and trying to have any other claims approved would be a waste of time.No cost for the visit and no BS. When we called Jerry Newman for an estimate on a new roof it was sent promptly and included the work to be done, the cost and several options for our consideration. The crew arrived on time as scheduled, told us how long the job would take and went to work. The job was completed at tbe prescribed time. Before leaving , the premises was cleared of all materials and debris. We have used Jerry Newman in the past, would use them again in the future and will gladly recommend them to others."

It was a pleasure working with Jerry Newman Roofing and Remodeling. The work to be completed was started and completed as scheduled. In addition, his crew was conscientious and were respectful of our business while completing work. After completion, the job site was left in impeccable as if they were never there.

Immediately responded to potential roof damage due to tree falling on to roof during a summer storm. Response time was excellent and communication was beyond expectation. Repair crew was knowledgeable about situation and acted quickly and professionally to correct our issues. Took extra time while on the roof to look for additional issues and were able to communicate that all other areas of the roof where in good shape. Very professional and very quick to respond and very open about any and all issues. Very fortunate th have Jerry and his team address our issues.

Called to get my roof repaired and got an estimate very quickly. Unfortunately, the drought decided to end when I called for the go ahead, but Dan called and came in-between the rain. Fixed very quickly and reasonably. Now I don't have to worry about the ceiling leaking anymore.

You dont need to look any further if you have Jerry quote your job. You can be sure of thoughtful problem solving and quality craftsmanship, at a fair price and promptly performed. I had a complicated issue with a flat roof/gutter system that Jerry solved creatively and left me with a finsihed product i was very pleased with. He didnt hesitate to bring in other pros for those aspects that required it. Jerrys a go-to guy.

I was very impressed with the whole roofing process from phone calls to quote to select a style/color to scheduling to installation/clean-up. Everyone I dealt with in the company was professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with. I was pleasantly surprised there were not any unexpected extras. When I got home I was pleasantly surprised that the work crew (on their own) put back my lawn chairs, patio table, potted plants on the deck that I placed out on the back lawn the night before. That type of customer service is rare these days. I highly recommend Jerry Newman Roofing Company to anyone wanting a great job.
