The owners are very friendly. The market offers seafood from Louisiana that is fresh and delicious when used in my recipes from home (I’m a native Louisianan). The market also sells grocery items from Louisiana as well.

Fresh is most likely the mantra here. I have been trading here for 4 years and never been disappointed. The Claim to Fame is the stuffed meats such as Turduckens and Stuffed Chickens but they also carry a full line of seasoned and fresh meats that should not be overlooked. Certified Angus Beef, Crawfish, Crab Meat, Pork or Chicken, you'll find no finer in this town. Need a whole Hog or American Wagoo Beef; Chad Treadway and company will fix you right up. There is even a small Grocery for those hard to find Louisiana cooking products. I have used The Cajun Meat Company for Competition, Catering and personal use and always get great individual service and an excellent product for a reasonable price.
