John was super friendly and prompt. I have an old mirror wall that had a screw that was gradually loosening at the top near a very high ceiling, causing the panel to lean slightly forward. I noticed a few days ago that the gap between the panels had worsened and I called J&B. John came out and put in a new screw and checked to make sure all the other screws were secure, giving me peace of mind. I would not hesitate to recommend him. He's a cat lover, too!

We needed a window repair and John was out the same day, completing our project perfectly for a very reasonable price. We are very satisfied with J & B and would use them again should the need arise.
