We have found the office manager to be arrogant and unprofessional... Tho owner only concerned with the bottom line... Not about customer satisfaction... We are sorry our new home came with a RGP HVAC system......

After 2 years, the compressor in our AC unit is bad. The part is covered under warranty, but Compressors are supposed to last 10-15 years. Even though RGP installed the unit, they treated us as if we were engaging them for the first time. They claimed because they didn't manufacture the unit, they can't assume any responsibility. No worries. I get that! The problem is that an incorrectly installed unit can cause compressor issues according to two other technicians from two separate companies. Let me be clear....we have no evidence that the compressor going bad was attributable to a bad installation. What I could not respect about RGP is that they seemed to not want our business. They nickel-and-dimed us at every possible point. They charged us more for diagnosis than others and would not waive it if we used them. They threatened to charge us to fill up our unit with Freon without knowing if it needed it. If you use them, know what you're getting.
