The company manufactures its products with the use of heavy gauge steel wire, cotton batting and Amish-built wood frames. The Original Mattress Facroty also sells bedding accessories, such as steel bed frames, bed rails, pillows, sheets and mattress pads; headboards and daybeds; and adjustable bed sleep systems.
