Todd got new flooring for bathroom and kitchen. He is the best that has ever been here and Ive been here 12 years. I have had a lot of nice people here that are really helpful,made lots of friends. You never have trouble getting things taken care of.

The service at Silverheels has been excellent. The staff has been extremely professional. I am overall satisfied with the company and everybody is wonderful and polite.

From viewing properties, to application to leasing signing and home inspection, my interactions from front desk to property agents to maintenance staff has been top notch. When I have had any problems during or after hours, they have not only been responsive but their maintenance crew has gone above and beyond to take care to address the problem, clean up beautifully when the job was done and take the time to answer any questions I have. I have found them to be thoughtful and professional.

The repair person called to say he would be at my apartment. IN a few minutes, he knocked, identified himself and said he was here to fix my toilet. He made the repair very quickly and made sure it was working properly. He asked if I needed anything else. He was courteous and left everything clean. I am so happy that Silverheels employs wonderful staff. Thanks!
