retaining wall

We hired SPK construction to remove and replace and existing retaining wall and remove a tree stump. We paid in full (we now know we shouldn't have) We were told it would take 2 days to do the job and its been almost 2 months and it was never finished. We called many times asking why the job wasn't done. We were told over and over that they would be here the next day and no one would ever show up. I would not use this company for any service.
