Provided by YP.comWe had the WORST experience at Pet Spa. Our 11 lb dog was nicked in several places near his privates and backside. They didn't mention it to us and we realized when we arrived home. When we called to complain, they refused to take ownership - blaming it on the dog. The owner offered a complimentary grooming for the next visit and then reneged on the offer after we already arrived. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and rude! Do not trust these people with your pets. They do not care about the animals.
