I went in to do a simple exchange. I had bought a 6-quart oil container that had leaked. The associate/manager said he would do the exchange but made it clear he would never do something like this again. I asked what the big deal was on the exchange and he lost it. He hollered at me till i walked out of the store. The manager has NO business ethics. I have never left a store so disappointed. I love the Advanced Auto Parts stores, but i will never go to the one located in Marquette Mi. again. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
