Have been there couple of times ,so far felt like they are a decent guys....But felt an indifferent attitude when I went with my 3 years old daughter recently for her hair cut. I am an Indian, my daughter was asking for a lollipop all along seeing it near their check in counter, they seemed to intentionally ignore her requests...I was trying to distract my daughter's attention by telling her repeatedly that I will buy a lollipop for her from nearest Giant Eagle, but you cannot convince a 3 yrs old kid. They gave the lollipops and balloons to another kid, and seemed to ignore my daughter which I felt was very mean and let me in an awkward situation. Its no big deal, hardly matters as I earn enough to buy thousands of such stuffs for my kid....But they could have avoided that with a 3 yrs old, will not go there ever....
