Provided by YP.comI would have recommended this place until I recieved a letter from a collection agency stating that I owed $194.00. I never recieved anything in the mail what so ever stating that I owed anything. Anyway I called this place asking how this could happen, their reply was I don't know, we have your old address and phone number and we sent out a bill twice. When I had the appointment I filled out all that new information for them, you know that stupid little paper that asks you everything they don't need to know! Then I asked her if she has the correct Insurance card seems how nothing else was correct. Well emagin that!! The insurance was the right one, wow they are not going to miss billing your insurance for anything but yet they don't care if they mess with your credit. They need to get their heads out of their a** and figure out what is going on.
