This woman is so rude. Insulting! She embarrassed me in front of other customers. Accused me of having dirty clothes. Tried to explain to her that the jacket I brought in for repair was my husband’s and had the worn look. It was his favorite. Given to him by our daughter last year. I washed it before bringing it to her of course. She insisted it was dirty. This woman should not be in business. She has no social skills whatsoever. Mean. It was not dirty. Just washed and taken out of the dryer. I would never take dirty clothes to someone for repair. Take your needed alterations to another place. This woman should not be in business. She needs to work on her social skills.
