After $100’s of dollars and many weeks of frustration trying to get our water clear, I stopped in Flohr Pools in Martinsburg. Best decision! Josh Sherman found the root of the problem. Within 48 hours we had sparkling water! We have never been so happy to see the bottom of the pool! Josh took the time to listen to my concerns, diagnose the problem, and make the appropriate recommendation for chemicals to resolve our cloudy water. Excellent service at reasonable prices. We are so happy!

This location is just great!!! I had problems with my pool after opening and all the staff that helped me was so patient and helpful and now my pool is crystal clear. thank you Josh, Tom, Andrew and Mariana (might have spelled her name wrong). You guys rock!!!

I am very pleased with Flour Pools in Martinsburg. I have had the pleasure to work with Cari and Tom. They have been so helpful in assisting us in making our choice of pool and hot tub. We are looking forward to the installation early spring.

Flohr Pools has been fabulous to work with from Day 1 when I called for an estimate, to last week when Tom offered to help me if I needed assistance closing my pool! Tom is very knowledgeable, quick with responses and “spot on” with his estimation on dig time for our pool. All of the installation crews were fantastic and I could not have been happier with the entire process.
I have and will continue to recommend Flohr Pools to anyone in the market for a fabulous water sanctuary!

I would have to disagree with the first reviewer..I live in Winchester and the pool places there..namely The Stop..NEVER has what I need..I asked them for a skimmer basket for my Doughboy pool..they looked at me like I had three heads..and after looking with them..they didnt have it..they NEVER have what I need. I bought my pool from Flohr about then years ago..they always have what I need..always helpful..and more importantly..knowlegable(sp) about my DE filter and remedies to clear up assorted algae and such. It is absolutely the only place I go...and no..I dont work there or own the place...Ray Lapsley..Stephens City VA

Flohr pools sets appointments for estimates and then doesn't bother to show or call. When I called them to find out if they were coming they were rude and failed to call me back again. I've wasted a week trying to get any help out of them - beware, save your effort and go anywhere else.
