Unfortunately ive had quite a few dealings with the facility. Like others there have been good and bad experiences. One in particular stands out; i go in for a shoulder issue. I enform the doctor that ive had surgery on the shoulder in question, after a brief description of pain and problems the doc proceeds to take out his stethoscope listen to my chest and back, strange seems a bit unnecessary but ok, afterwards schedules an xray. At NO time does he examine the shoulder itself pain tolerance, stability range of motion nothing! Xray comes back he comes in the room tells me im fine and that the shoulder structurally looks sound and heres a prescription for tylenol, 🤔 Oooooo Kay thnx doc i could went ta rite aid for that. No referral to a specialist no future advice or instruction. Mind u its a month and a half later and my shoulder isnt in any better shape its actually getring worse!

The front office assistants are professional and nice. They have the best doctors around! It's by far better than any other urgent cares around in and out in less than 45 mins!

The staff at the window and the ppl who do the triage are amazing but if u get that woman whoever she is. Who doesn't introduce herself. She comes in and tells me I don't have a uti when I said I thought I had a kidney Infection. I'm not a dr and I kno the difference. She then crosses her arms sits down and says so what's really going on with you??? I had to go to the er afterwards to find out what was wrong with me. Which turned out to be pretty serious!! I will never go back there and I will tell everyone how she treated me!
