This man is a class act! he not only represented me pro bono in 2021 for my divorce which I can technically say that I won, but he also helped me reopen the case in 2022 til this past Wednesday. And helped me get full shared parenting of my oldest child. What a professional!

Mr. Breyfogle assisted me with a lawsuit against me for a former tenant. At the time, I was at my wits end and could not find any help. Everyone I contacted was either busy, not interested or was blowing me off because of the difficult situation at hand. I had a situation where I had a tenant that was attempting to sue me for wrongfully evicting her even though I was within my rights due to her not paying her rent. She had accused me of evicting her due to an unrelated and separate lawsuit that she and the upstairs tenant had going through the courts. Even though Mr. Breyfogle's practice is located in Massillon and I was located in Cleveland, he took my case. Because of the distance, he was a little apprehensive to take my case. But, after hearing my story, he agreed to help. I truly felt like I had someone on my side. Due to his expertise, he was able to handle most of the lawsuit without either of us traveling very much. When it came to the court date, he drove all the way to Cleveland to represent me. Good news, we won!
