SAVE YOUR MONEY

My family and I went a few weeks ago to go bowling. We had a party of 7 adults and a 4 year old child with us. After spending well over $200 for lanes, shoes, drinks, etc, our second game ended abruptly. We weren't upset, but we asked to speak to the manager after our (extremely kind) waitress said that because we let the 4 year old bowl under his own name, we couldn't finish the game. This is AFTER management told us before we even paid that the 4 year old could bowl for free.

Anyway, the men in our family became infuriated when the manager, who's name is Ross, decided to get in my mothers face and say we either could pay $12 dollars to finish our game, or we could leave. My Dad ended up paying the guy so we could finish, but then the manager came back with security and asked us to leave. We weren't able to finish the game we had just paid for, nor did we get to finish our drinks or food. As we were being escorted out by a manager who was COMPLETELY unprofessional, we saw that the parking lot was FULL of cops! We were forced to stand in the parking lot until the cops had served EVERYONE in our party with an order of trespass. This included my Autistic brother, with whom the manager said, and I quote "his Autism isn't my problem, lady". HOW DARE HE?!

Anyway, long story short, don't waste your time or money on such a place. Our family owns multiple bowling alleys in Louisiana, and if we ever treated anyone that way we would be shut down. There are plenty of other bowling alleys in the Charlotte area. It's worth the drive to stay away from this one.
