Danielle R. I agree the people who run the restruant want to make that extra dollar. They are also rude to the people that work for them. Try the new restruant on DeWitt in the old D&W restruant they aren't to bad.

I used to be a very loyal customer of this restaurant until today. I order a chicken sandwich and it was so overcooked I couldn't chew it. I sent it back and got the same chicken back! So tough! I was late for work because it took them over 30 minutes to bring me my over cooked food so I told my waitress just to forget about it. She takes our check and says, I'll see what I can do about this...comes back and says the owner wont do anything and I have to pay for it! I was appalled! I asked to speak to him, but she says he told her he was too busy running a restaurant to come speak to his upset customer. Not once during our visit was I rude or demanding. I was forced to pay for garbage I didn't even eat. I don't know how he can even get away with it! He is the most rude, disrespectful person I have ever known. I wouldn't go back if someone paid me to. Customer service should be a priority, and his is about making that extra dollar

always unsure if they can deliver. no one on the same page. had been unable to deliver my last 5 orders. don't advertise delivery if you don't. those of you ordering for the office don't even waste your time!
