Provided by YP.comPrevious to locating Gateway, I had visited 2 other locations near by only to discover dust pans full of rat droppings, etc. in their units. My furniture and belongings mean a lot to me. I was more than willing to pay the additional cost for Gateway's services, including monthly pest control and top notch security. I rented from them for 14 months and found the staff to be conscientious and professional. They gave me peace of mind. -Melanie C.

Provided by YP.comI do not like being lied to, to get my money. They have it posted now. I was told upon renting a unit with them that I woul be able to use the truck upon moving in to my unit, and upon moving out of my unit. 4 months later I am ready to move, so I called gateway to reserve their truck, they inform me that for the past 16 years rhwy only ler you move in with it. Knowing moving is Very Stressful, they took advantage of that. Get it in writing. Beware!
