They quickly take your $100.00 deposit, come over, then tell you if they place the pod in your driveway, their truck might damage your house. Then, they want to place it where you don't want it, when you explain that is not ok, because you need your driveway, they keep your deposit!! It has taken almost 6 months just to get half back, then they claim that the "franchise" manager, Orlando said he won't refund the other $50.00. You try calling the Edison number and it is a fax number. I've written dozens of e-mails to customer service, called I don't know how many times, and they say they will not refund my $50.00 they still owe me!! I have repeatedly asked for a Manager to call me......nothing!! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

THERE SEEMS TO BE TOO MANY MANAGERS NOT TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. EVERYONE THERE IS A "MANAGER" AND NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM "CAN DO ANYTHING"!
