Provided by Superpages"NTIVA set up my entire network in the opening of my spa, and continues to provide regular maintenance, and help desk support. One thing that I really appreciate with this company is that whenever I call, I am not required to muddle my way through endless menu options in order to reach a real person. I dont think that I have ever been on hold for more than a few seconds during approximately 2 years that I have been working with them. They are very responsive and do whatever it takes to solve my problems, day or night. They are always friendly and very patient, through long hours, often late into the night. "
