Dr Bao Nguyen is awesome!

The supporting office staff from the receptionist to the nurse are cold, uncaring and quite frankly have a bad attitude. If you have an emergency don't expect anything above and beyond as the front office staff filter all communications between you and your doctor.

Docs nurse was suppose to schedule an appointment with a specialist for me. I had to call twice over the course of a week to remind her. Finally my wife called, raised a bit of heck with her for dragging her butt and finally the appointment was made.

Given that I pay ~$250/mo for the wife and myself for the privilege of being a member of this practice I expect a bit more respect and follow through.

Final thoughts - I was with MDVIP for ~5 years until my PCP retired. That doctor and his staff were awesome. Patient focused, available 24x7 and just a great group of folks. I guess I need to look at finding another MDVIP doctor.
