Wife lost a lense out of her eyeglasses. Had been over two years since she had eye exam. Kennedys said it is against the law to replace without new eye exam. My wife is a senior citizen and is on oxygen and has been in and out of the hospital multiple times in the last few months. I asked to see the law that prohibits ordering a replacement lense. The staff became hostile and rude. They all should be ashamed of their behavior and rudeness. I have researched this and have found no law that requires a updated prescription if past 24 months. I do not recomend Kennedys for eyewear. They are the rudest buisness i have dealt with and have no empathy for customers
