Gotta be drunk in order to risk this place. Standards are low.
Most people won't go there.

Used 2 B OK. But it is going down hill fast. Servers R found without a smile & most food doesn't bring one 2 me. Will not go back again.

Pros:



I like their seats, and the staff is usually pretty nice (if not distracted).



Cons:



Well, the staff again. Socializing is more important than work. Inconsistent food quality, not reliable.



This place has always had management problems. The travelers may fall for the sign, but the locals know better.

the food was bad they bring yr food 45 mins later and yr bruger is not done its red inside you waite for 25 mins to get your drinks and then a nother waiter comes and ask you what you where drinking and your watier is no where to be found and then you wait 25 mins to someone comes and asked about your food i left very upset and still had to pay for the whole bill and never ate any food they never asked if i wanted my food done over and who puts bacon on fries when u just want chesse fries i will not go back i use to go there all the time never again

I ordered spaghetti. I had to ask if Denny's cooks it's food fresh or if it's frozen as my pasta was FREEZER BURNT!!! I was told it's brought in in packets that they put in a microwave............ My husband ordered a meal that came with broccoli - it was freezer burnt as well & stunk to high heaven!



The manager on duty walked around drinking coffee & going in & out to smoke like a train constantly - she looked grumpy & unapproachable. There were 3 or 4 servers, the cook, & the grumpy manager that we could see. As the ONLY customers on a Saturday night (that should have been our first clue to RUN the other direction), you'd think that meant we would get good service & not have to wait for refills... WRONG!



The manager kept sucking down the coffee like it was her personal brewing area & in the way of our waitress trying to give us refills - I finally went up with 3 empty cups for coffee & asked what did we have to do to get a refill. They all looked at our server like it was all her fault!



We will NEVER go back & I will complain to EVERY website I can about this Denny's - including truck driver & vacationer sites - no one deserves the crap we were fed!
