I have ordered flowers with Fosters several occasions. They have been polite and professional. I am very pleased with their service

customer service representative was unprofessional and rude on the phone. My boyfriend placed a SPECIFIC order on line then also called to verify they got the order. This was for my mom in the hospital. I found out it was the wrong arrangement. When I called, she "reviewed" the order and said that it showed we opted for a potential substitute. I told her that the order definitely requested something specific. After going back and forth with me she said "I've done nothing wrong". I asked her if she was going to correct the order and she said. "I can go put some yellow flowers in it". I told her I specifically wanted the yellow vase. She then said she didn't have it. My question is why didn't she explain that to my boyfriend on the phone when he spoke with her.? she then rudely said she'd refund the money and hung up on me. It's not just flowers it's a way of saying I'm thinking SPECIFICALLY of my Mom who LOVES yellow and would be cheered by a bright yellow vase full of bright yellow flowers. Shame on Fosters for employing such a person. And if she is the owner, even more sad.

I had ordered flowers to be delivered on valentines day when flowers when were essential. I have spent money a great deal of money with fosters flowers in the past before then. These people were 5 days late on delivery which in my case and opinion is pure laziness...take it from me if you are lookin for prompt service with a smile in the mcalester ok area please consider town & country or manns florists....FOSTERS FLOWERS DOES BAD BUSINESS....PURE LAZINESS!!!! AND THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THEM ONE STAR IS BECAUSE THIS SITE SAID I HAD TO GIVE ATLEAST ONE. IF IT WASNT FOR THAT. THEY WOULD HAVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS...
