My sister and I went through the drive through today and I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I don't if it was because she thought I was too slow or because I had a coupon and dared to ask a question. Sounded annoyed from the very start of the order. I won't go back.

We ordered food for our entire division and they had everything packaged up and waiting for me to pick it up. The staff was very pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you!

i have visited the kfc in McAlester 3 times in the last month. All 3 times they were out of chicken livers. The restrooms were filthy ( urinals would not flush, water on the floors ). i probably will not go back.
