I was very much dissatisfied with this yarn shop in McCall, the owner was very rude & the customer service was poor they we're not interested in helping me. I have worked in customer service for many years with the public and I plan on not

shopping at their yarn store again. I guess because they live in McCall, Idaho they are to good for the customers. I plan on taking my business else where.
