Kennedy Elementary School provides educational services to students in grades three and four. It has an annual enrollment of more than 500 students and provides instruction in reading and mathematics. The school administers accelerated reader and prevention and early intervention programs, as well as offers guidance counseling and nursing services. Kennedy Elementary School is a part of the McComb School District, which governs elementary, middle and high schools. The McComb School District operates child nutrition, community relations, early childhood, finance, personnel, support services and transportation departments. Its schools support various athletic activities, including volleyball, basketball, softball, football, golf, tennis, baseball, and track and field.
