My husband went thru the drive-thru, which was slow, got home and food was TERRIBLE!! Hamburgers were over cooked and looked like they sat on them, french fries were under cooked. I told him to take it back which he did. The so called manager, clearly annoyed, because he wanted a refund, told him she would only give him $8.00 instead of full amount because he didn't bring back the 2 medium size drinks. Is that customer service?? You shouldn't have to check your food before you leave a fast food restaurant, but I would if you stop here which we won't be again!!
