This company is not quick on your repairs only communicates through email which is not convenient They use any excuse to keep over half your deposit. I would not recommend anyone to use this company for renting a home. & also buying one I'm sure they do not let you know all the details because the house I just left the ac had just broke and came pouring water down & I'm sure they didn't fix it and it is for sale also the carpeting only looks clean but deep down the pads are disgusting because I spelled water on it and after it dryed it was a black spot. That is impossible but all they did was make us have the carpet professional cleaned upon moving out where they weren't happy with one spot the re did it supposedly and deducted it out of our deposit.

i would not prefer this company to use to rent a home,they are not quick with getting back with you and no madder how clean you leave it they will still make sure they find the littlest thing to keep as much as your deposit as possible. They are keeping over half of ours because of one spot on the floor which I can inform you I had the place professionally cleaned for a couple hundred before I moved out & I don't see how it still wasn't clean enough.
