Horrible Treatment by Staff

I have been using GQ Cleaners since 2008. The past several years there has been a lovely Korean lady working there who has been a delight to deal with. Recently that lady left and the new female employee is not just rude but a smart alek who doesn't seem to care how offensive she is to the customers.
