Emma Caldart, MS, RD, LDN Emma Caldart, MS, RD, LDN, is a dietitian and nutritionist with the AHN Primary Care Institute, focused on promoting health and wellness through evidence-based, client-centered care. She provides assessments, therapy, education, and counseling to develop nutrition care plans that meet her clients’ needs. Emma received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Penn State University in University Park. She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Rhode Island, in South Kingston. She completed a Sodexo Dietetic Internship at multiple locations in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Emma is certified nationally as a registered dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and as a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. She welcomes patients ages 18 and older.
