Ridiculously long wait time to get anything done. I have been here a handful of times and have always had to wait a minimum of 1 hour, even for very simple things. This last time they even lied to me and said there would be more people coming on shift soon so their would be no wait time. 1.5 hours later I still haven't been helped! They need more people working! I would switch providers but no one else has coverage where I live.
