I visited your Summer location about 10:00/10:30pm, at the beginning everything seemed fine. Little did I know when I arrived home that my jalapeno poppers would not be in the bag. I do not live close to an Arby's so when I visit one, I expect my order to be correct and as great as the thought that I was having when I decided to eat there. At the time the manger was working the window she was very polite, and asked if I would pull up and she would bring my order out. I ordered two sandwiches one chick bacon swiss and one roast beef club I appreciate the fact that the chick was prepared fresh but i do not like the fact that my poppers were left out. Also at the speaker I ordered an order of mozzarella sticks, I did not get charged for them yet that was another key reason for this visit. I did not make a fuss about that because she may have not heard me. Drive thru orders should be repeated to ensure guest satisfaction. After that I made an attempt to call the store but, there was no answer. I fell that it will be a while before I will visit Arby's again if I choose to, I am not to sure about that location. Do not get me wrong guest want friendly service but at the same time they want everything they order and especially pay for. I hope that you all take this as very corrective criticism and fix all issues according to your company policies. There are alot of restaurant's that I could have choose but, I choose yours so please keep in mind that in this day in time upsetting guest is not acceptable.
