I used Ryan Lubin's property management company for about a year or so on an investment home that I had purchased. To say the least his company lacked the experience and communication needed to properly manage my property. I had over $8,000+ worth of damage and combined loss of rental income by the time I went through the property myself. This started because I had not received rent for about 4 months from the tenant and was concerned. In a nutshell, it was an absolute disaster trying to get answers through his company as well as getting him to take any kind of action against the tenant. I dropped him for another management company in the area that was much more responsive and on the ball.

Please be careful who you use and research all options in your area.

Total crook and bs artist. Could write a novel here, but suffice to say you will never see a dime from your investment properties if you let him within 100 feet.



He violates his own contract, overcharges, defrauds, ignores any attempt to work something out, and flat doesn't pay the money he owes. This is not subjective but basic arithmetic and fact. TOTAL CRIMINAL.
