I LOVE SAM!! He has given me the best deals every time I've taken my 97 5 series BMW to him. I recently called him for advice when my car had to have emergency service at a dealership in murfreesboro tn (James Watson Foreign Car Service) who totally tried to rip me off. Sam offered to call the guy and everything to get the situation taken care of. He has provided me with parts at cost several times. BEST BMW SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN SINCE I'VE HAD MY CAR FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS.
