Watch out! Because of this store's extreme incompetence the $50 Kohl's Christmas gift card I purchased from this store turned out to have ZERO dollars on it. It caused great embarrassment to myself and the gift card recipient when they tried using the card at Kohl's and was told there was nothing on it. Turns out, the clerk at this Walgreen's charged me $50 for a Christmas card I purchased instead of properly scanning the Kohl's gift card. I have spent over an hour working with Emily, the manager of this store, proving my case. To add insult to injury, instead of taking it upon herself, she had me go home and look for the receipt which I knew I didn't save. Who saves Walgreen's receipts? Finally, after I helped her, she discovered they were in the wrong and screwed up. She said sorry and asked me how I wanted my $50 back? An apology in this case doesn't cut it. When I asked to talk to someone above her about this, she wouldn't provide that information. I will avoid going to this Walgreen from now on and you should too.
