My sister had a terrible experience on January 24,2015 she the dress she fell in love with, and the size in the store was too small, so she was unable to try on, the person who was assisted her was also helping another client, but in turn another employee came along to assist while my sister was being waited on each bride tried on dresses of their choice with the exception of the dress in question, in mean time the person assisting my sister hung the dress she had her heart set on in turn the other employee took the dress for the other bride, so you have both brides standing there, but sister not in the dress she really wanted, listening to the other bride raving over how beautiful the dress is on her the disappointment in my sister's eyes to watch someone else in the dress she made a special trip to your shop to purchase we left the shop immediately, l felt terribly for her

My 17 year old daughter purchased a $400 dress here that that store owner heard me tell my daughter not to buy because it was very provacative, especially for a 17 year old in high school. Despite that, on another occasion, the owner sold the dress to my daughter. She refused to return it when I asked and told me that she heard me tell my daughter nopt to buy the dress on an earlier visit.The owner is disrespectful and greedy! I will never do business with her or her store again!
