They charge me almost 50% more than they quoted me as my monthly charge. The paperwork says nothing about the monthly cost.

The "manager" yelled at me in the store, every time I tried to ask any questions. The whole store watched as I kept asking for another person to deal with, but she kept yelling over me for 15 minutes, another "manager" was almost as bad on the phone.

The deliverers damaged my couch and washer.

The "barely used" washer doesn't work, and they have had it for weeks for "repair".

Since this is a "franchise store", corporate Aaron's won't help. As soon as my 5 months is over, I'm switching back to Rent-A-Center. It is not right that I have to pay $120 a month for an inoperable washer.
