Has the office manager or doctors seen the yelp reviews about the front office staff?? Maybe they just don't care. These girls need to be replaced, they are immature and unprofessional...And fire whoever is scheduling appointments so patients don't have to wait 2-3 hours to see a doctor. How difficult can scheduling be? There is No excuse for that level of incompetence.

Cory R...would it be feasible for AMG to hire an Urgent Care doctor or contract one to handle the walk-in patients, so the other doctors can stay on schedule. I'm sure they get an earful from patients who had to wait 2 hours for their 15 minute appointment.

We appreciate your positive feedback. Sometimes people do have to wait to see the providers, what is not understood is with only one hospital in the area, our facility accommodates a lot of walk ins and urgent care. Some days we see more than usual. We strive to provide great medical care to all our patients and sometimes when needed, our doctors will have to accommodate an individual and spend extra time when needed. We can all appreciate that if and when that time arises for any of us, the same consideration will be given to us. Trust me I do not like to wait myself, but I take comfort knowing that if our patients should need urgent care they will be seen with minimal wait here rather than going to an emergency room, unfortunately that sometimes will put patients with appointments a little further behind. For that we apologize. We are doing the very best that we can to provide care to all our patients. Thank you for being so patient and understanding. when to amg was on wait over 2 hours and staff didnt care they need a better system so the dont have there patients waiting so long this is not a good place pleased go some where else because this people dont care

Atwater Medical Group is a haven for those seeking refuge for compassionate and caring healthcare providers and medical staff. Dr. Jeorg Schuller is my primary care physician and found him to be a very compassionate and caring doctor. He epitomizes the very essence of what a Medical Doctor is according to the hippocratic oath, " do no harm." He is sensitive to the needs of his patients, he utilizes God's greatest gift to mankind- listening and very knowledgeable. The staff at the Atwater Medical Group are equally caring and compassionate and I mean every single one of them. I am a nurse and haven't seen this level of enthusiasm, professionalism and compassionate care until I came across staff rom Atwater Medical Group. I thank God every single day for them. I am on my way to physical and psychological recovery. Thank you Dr. Schuller, thank you Atwater Medical Group.

Atwater Medical Group will not call you to remind you of an appointment, but will charge you for it if you don't show up. Also, after splinting my child's finger they wanted me to sign something saying I would pay for the bit of plastic taped to my child's finger. I refused since my insurance pays for it and I have been told not to sign things like that by my insurance company. I already pay out of pocket $200 a month for my insurance. So they told my child to take off the piece of plastic splint and then they threw it in the garbage. How cruel! I do not recommend Atwater Medical Group because they are greedy when it comes to the working guy and rude about being that way. They didn't care about my child's feelings and attempted to get my signature by using my child like that. They should have asked if I wanted to sign a paper before putting it on. No telling what I would be charged for after signing and how long it would be in effect.
