I would give them zero stars if I could. HORRIBLE SERVICE and you'll get the run around! My husband took my car here to get 3 brakes changed, rotors turned and one new caliper. He called the night before and had an appointment set up first thing in the morning so it would be ready by the time he left for work at 3. Not only was it not ready, but they hadn't even started on it. We called at 2:45 asking what was going on. And they said they couldn't find the key, but they didn't bother to call anyone to let us know. So they said there was one car ahead and they would get started. So my husband gave them my number and said to call me when it's done because he would be working. So needless to say he had to find alternative transportation to work. The day went on and I called back at 7pm asking what was going on. They said they tried calling multiple times to get authorization for new parts, but no answer, but they called my husbands number only. So they said the car would be ready the next day (which was Christmas Eve). Well my husband and I were busy with family the whole day, and they didn't even call and Christmas Day they were closed. So here we are going on five days that my car has been there and my husband just went in to avoid dealing with them over the phone and it's STILL NOT DONE!!!
