Went to view a studio apartment I viewed on Apartments.com and Apartment Finder. Loved it! Told me that the rent would be $640 a month. They said they would let me know when it would be posted so that I could fill out an application. Today I got an email saying it was ready. I go to the website to fill out the application and found out the monthly rent was 685 a month. Then I saw that they had three one bedroom apartments for 700 a month so I asked about those. They said that the rent would be 685 a month plus a flat fee of $110 a month for the utilities. Both apartments.com and apartment finder stated that all utilities were free. I don’t know if I should take it to the Better Business Bureau or just find a better place. A little too deceptive for my taste.
